Ordering from Eurest Catering is both easy and secure. When you place an order you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secured server

Our online ordering servers are hosted by CaterTrax, which has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control. We use encryption technology to protect your sensitive personal information stored on our servers and while being transmitted over the Internet. Your information is always stored in this fashion and is never transferred without encryption.

ORDERING POLICY

PLEASE NOTE -due to recent FDA regulations all catering will be individually packaged and hot food will remain on hold until further notice. Due to time needed in preparing your order, we require a minimum of 24 hour's notice on all catering orders. Please be sure to place your online order as early as possible so that we are given enough time to process the order . Please place your orders no later than 3:00 p.m. the day prior, as some hot menu items may require more notice. After 3:00 p.m., we are unable to guarantee requested product selections or delivery times. Same day delivery may not be possible on certain menu items and we will notify you if that is the case. Please note that our hot food and hors d’oeuvres orders must be placed 24 hour's prior to your event date. Catering deliveries can start as early as 6:00 a.m.. Deliveries prior to 6:00 a.m. and after 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday may be subject to a delivery surcharge. Our office hours are 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, therefore, orders placed late Friday or over the weekend may not be received in our office until Monday morning.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We would prefer 48 hour's advanced notification of any and all catering cancellations. We may be able to cancel orders if we have not already started and or completed the order. Please call us at 781-681-2987 - Rockland or 774-257-7600- Billerica to cancel an order. Do not email or fax last minute cancellations. Clients must speak directly to one of our catering coordinators. Any message to our café team member(s) or on our voicemail is not a valid cancellation. Any late changes (less than 24 hours) to an original order can be made on-line by logging into your account. Please notify the catering team for any changes made to an existing order.

PRICES

Prices on our menus and website may be subject to change due to market price fluctuation and product availability. Substitutions and additions on any menu will reflect price changes on the final invoice.

DAMAGES AND LIABILITY

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that any tables needed for an event is set up prior to food and beverage delivery. Eurest Catering does not assume or accept any responsibility due to negligence by the client or any attendees of the client’s event that caused any damage as a result. Missing or damaged equipment, décor, place settings, centerpieces, linens, serving utensils, salad bowls, etc. will be billed at replacement cost to the client.

FOOD LEFTOVER POLICY

It is our policy that any leftover food will be discarded after the event. We will leave or pack leftovers that are safe to consume e.g leftover cookies/brownies and canned beverages. This will only be done if requested prior to the event. We do not recommend serving leftover food after any event, regardless of time, as we are unable to anticipate how long leftover food has been held at an unsafe temperature. Nor are we qualified to evaluate the condition of the leftover food. Under no circumstances can leftover food be given to guests. The client will assume full responsibility for any liability as a result from consuming leftover food after the event.

PRIVACY POLICY

By completing any application/forms on this web site, you are offering data to Eurest’s Catering that it will keep private and use only as described here.

Eurest Catering will not sell, give away, or otherwise distribute your personal information that has been collected through this site, either in the near or distant future, without first contacting you and receiving your explicit permission.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Flowers, linen, china, and beer & wine service are available by request and at an additional charge

DELIVERY CHARGES

All service is FREE DELIVERY unless otherwise noted. If the event is off-site there may be a separate delivery charge.
